Situated in the lovely Brant Point residential neighborhood, the Beachside is a short 5-minute walk to Jetties Beach and a leisurely 12-minute walk to Main Street. There is a heated outdoor pool on the grounds, and a tennis club is located right next door. The hotel consists of 90 recently renovated guest rooms as well as 3 two-bedroom suites. There is also a new meeting room. All accommodations have private baths, air-conditioning, small refrigerators, and cable color television. The bright and cheery rooms are beautifully decorated with wicker furnishings and floral fabrics. Some rooms have their own private outdoor verandas.

The Beachside at Nantucket also has a new, fully-equipped meeting room that can accommodate up to 40 people. Catering and full meeting planning services, as well as group rates, are available.

The rates for our Veranda/Poolside Rooms, our Poolview Rooms, our Cliffside Rooms, and our Suites place Nantucket within reach of all visitors to this beautiful island. Veranda/Poolside, Poolview and Cliffside room rates range from $75 to $290 per night depending on the time of year. Suite rates range from $165 to $335.

All accommodations have one queen bed or two double beds, private bath, air-conditioning, and are smoke-free. Guests are served a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.
